I'm going to share something with you guys. I live in Toronto Canada and I was sitting on my deck about 2 and a half years ago smoking a cigarette on a nice summer day. Then comes along a fly, I notice this fly is a bit larger then usual. It starts facing me and flying unusual, it hovers then goes up a foot in the air hovers then goes back down in a straight line about a foot and hovers, while facing me. I start looking closer at this fly and notice that it's mechanical. This blew my mind, so i think to myself I gotta catch this thing. The second I raise my hands to catch it, it shot off as fast as a bullet. I have never in my life seen anything like that, I wish I had video or something because that technology was amazing. Something outta area 51 or CIA for sure

I know what you mean, I done the same but I found that the small cheep ones do not stabilize very well, if at all, so you spend most of your time, and efforts, walking to it, picking it up and launching it again, over and over. Others may think differently, but you might consider upgrading up a bit to one that has stabilized flight and a camera, real time display would be better. There are decent ones with a camera that records then you download from the drone it's self, for around $150. Take that $30 and put it your bank and check the net. Also consider spare parts that come with it, getting parts and service and flying time.

Once you actually see a real UFO in all its glory, there's no possibility that you would ever mistake any man made craft, or drone. The difference in capabilities, is night and day. Real, and man made UFO's, are travelling over our heads in the hundreds everyday, in plain sight too. The only reason you don't see them is because of speed. They travel too fast for our human eye to follow.

+weesh ful If you are truly interested in longer talk, a quick Google search of his name, "Raffaello D'Andrea", will lead you to a 16 minute TED talk recorded in June 2013. It covers some of the control theory behind the automated systems. Also, I'm pretty sure they don't time the speakers or restrict them beyond making sure that their talks don't go over an hour long.
@andy4an8 жыл бұрын
David Boucard oooh, thanks I'll check that out. and I'm pretty sure they do give them strict time limits. the 18 minute slot typically being the longest they allow. TEDx are a bit more flexible, but the normal TEDs are pretty rigid.
