Im fairly sure that the Dad didn't push the Mom, I think the Mom was walking away crying, and the Dad was following the Mom and put his hand on her shoulder I think he was probably trying to talk to her and comfort her

the dad was not pushing her or hitting her, he was in fact trying to comfort her and he was taking her bottle away which led her to cry on the floor

Dan, when the Teddys ending came on, when the evil guy came out of teddy I thought I heard the nice teddy whimpering out of fear as if the bad teddy took the goodness out of teddy leaving the nice teddy inside of him lifeless. I loved the Among The Sleep series Dan! You should definitely play games with a moral meaning a lot more cause this one was spectacular!

i think what happened at the never used ending was that: teddy seemed Nice all along the game, but that was only because he wanted to trick you/the baby, he used the baby to collect the memories (that only the baby could get, because it was his memories) for some kind of Food/dish, anyone else had this tought?

My theory of Among the Sleep: The dad and mum lived together near water and then dad sailed away but before they fighted and mum was so depressed so she decided to move. Later mum moves in and has a baby (you) and still lives in depression while drinking alcohol. Dad finally finds his ex and her house and child but mum still doesnt want to see her ex. But are you safer with mum or dad? Also the game is ment to show from the child's view, how he or she imagined of wat happened

WATCHED ALL SERIES READY FOR THE PROLOGUE

The toys you have to collect are your only comfort when the mum and dad are fighting, that's why the toys want everything to be happy. The bunny(the toy you had to leave behind) I think might be the happy times when you spent time with your mum and dad when they weren't fighting. The original ending is a representation of "being consumed by your fears" since Teddy has all of your emotions inside of him(some of this is just speculation, and my own thoughts)

Dan! i wanted you to know that in the original ending teddy didn't put random things in the soup stuff, he was putting the stuff you collected during the game aka the kids memories!!

Theory! The dad was abusive to the mom, so they got divorced, and the mom was so stressed, she started drinking, and became an alcoholic, which was really scary for the baby, so the baby had nightmares about the mom as a monster (the tree monster), and the dad as another monster (the coat monster)
