I read that Rolex didn't want their watch in Wolf of Wall Street. They didn't like Jordan Belfort. So he wore a Tag instead. It was supposed to be a gold Sub.

@@shiverop8027 actually I checked and DiCaprio was (is?) indeed a brand ambassador for Tag Heuer. I still think it's possible Rolex was also interested in protecting their brand.
