Cooking has become an essential part of human civilization. It makes the food more healthy and delicious to eat and also opens up room for experimentation. But do we know why we cook the way we do? What makes dishes like Chicken Curry so full of flavor? How has cooking evolved so far? Krish Ashok is a multifaceted personality and a geek. He is a food science enthusiast and the author of ‘Masala Lab: The Science Behind Indian Cooking.’ He is the Global Head of Digital Workplace Practices at Tata Consultancy Services and has been associated with the organization for the past 22 years. He is also an open-source enthusiast and a talented musician.
