In our daily life we face negotiations every day. Wlad Jachtchenko gives us an understanding of what makes an argumentation "dark" or "white" and how to archive results which satisfy both parties in negotiations - even when it seems to be either in favor of one or the other. Wladislaw Jachtchenko is an internationally successful speaker and founder of the Argumentorik-Akademie in Munich. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he was also a research assistant at the United Nations and now works as a self-employed argumentation coach. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
