I like what Ja's father has been doing lately. We saw many mothers being on front of their kid's careers. Him and Curry's dad are the ones I remember seeing supporting their kids this way and add more on the good of the sport.

Bruh it has nothing to do with being shown the way. If you walk out on your child when they’re young, leaving them be raised by their mom, you don’t get to come back to enjoy their success as an adult. Ja’s parents are married. That’s why his dad’s so involved with him. We don’t see that more often because black babies are so often raised by single moms.

When *no one* in the NCAA basketball scouting world even had Ja on their radar, his dad was busy training him for the NBA. If any NBA parent deserves some shine, it is Tee Morant.
