They re-added the cannon smiting thing like the very next patch because, you guessed it, proplay and very high elo bitched about it for its niche use in some plays.

Status effect Teemo could be a thing, all burn items, Yun Tal Wildarrows item with then add some crit chance items to apply the bleed such as Collector.

I dont want to be that guy, but your Garen kind of beat you in lane. You counterpicked him and he still made you miss 4-5 waves plus drawing jungler attention as well. Not only that but you also didnt provide a lot of value to your team by shrooming the jungle correctly or helping with objectives. Sure you got a few kills but Im pretty sure sojeof that money was lost in waves or platings. Garen did definitly not int.

Sro i don't know what you're playing there in the jungle but you're missing minions like it's your job. You know better, you don't have to rotate when it makes no sense.
