Judge Judy eats teenagers for breakfast, and hates it when somebody tries to interrupt her while she's playing with her food. Everybody agrees it hit a tree. I'm not certain how it ended up becoming a submarine. What this case doesn't have a single incidence of is sound judgment. Obviously these kids need supervision. The keys apparently need to be separated (so the lawnmower one isn't with the car keys) and secured. Somebody decided joyriding in the car was the best possible use of their time. In the end, the car hit a tree and went into a pond.

I jumped out of a moving car my dad had on our driveway when I was like 10. The car emergency break was taken off by when of the neighbor kids. We were all sitting in the car pretend playing when the car started moving backwards we didn’t know how to stop I jumped out like the rest of the kids almost got really hurt by the tire. The grown neighbors put the car back on our driveway and never told my parents. I told them when I got older. They noticed the car was parked a little sideways but never really investigated why or questioned it too much. It’s completely possible the plaintiff is telling the truth.

Plaintiff daughter is definitely lying. She’s too rehearsed. Even if all of them were in the car, HIS daughter was the reason they had access.

Rats. Since the plaintiff's daughter is so obviously lying, I was hoping that the defendant's daughter might tell the truth. I guess what really happened will just always be one of those mysteries.

Everybody keeps saying that it was rehearsed and all of that, but did you guys literally not hear the defendant admit to it so how it was rehearsed if they literally admit to it

The one girl said we had to jump out because the doors don't open from inside sounds convincelable to me. The Father was trying to say they didn't open from inside then JJ shut him down. 😂 I think someone let her friend take the blame for fear of Her Dad & Mom.

Yep it is possible to jump out of a moving car. Last December my neighbour and her little grandson jumped out the window of her car when it was heading over a gully. She suffered serve harm but her grandson did mot have a scratch.

sorry but why wasn't the daughter included in the family function but instead told to clean up after the dad while he got ready and left? it takes less than 2 minutes to put away a dang mower and close up a shed/barn. if this girl wrecked her dad's car and is lying about it, there is probably stuff behind the family dynamic we do not know about here. sure, both girls did wrong with even getting into the car and both parents will most likely be held responsible for the damages their miner children caused but more to this family than what we are seeing.
