First, you would need to find a prosecutor willing to prosecute and then you have to find the suspect as he can't be held on bail. He must be quickly released. You would also have to find more cops to aresst him again as these racsit cops will be defunded for aressting this poor man.

BART needs money because of the misappropriation of funds where janitors get paid more than CFOs. If you want to talk about pay scales being out of whack, look no further than BART. There are no checks and balances and no sister agency that will police them.

Sounds like a trafficker who lured the young lady to the BART station. Considering that a lot of minors don’t drive as much as they used to, school assemblies need to start addressing predators as often as they hold the “don’t drink and drive” presentations. This situation is equally dangerous.

If the teenage girl was determined less than $950 value, no charges would be filed and no prosecution to the suspect. Just kidding and just sarcastic. I'm glad the teenage victim was found safe. Imagine the worst outcome as so many strangers from all over the world in this country. Over 10 millions of migrants are having no identification and whereabout.
