@@mch3rro At the audio version of the song. a girl (Alyssa) wakes up and sees a tray with an apple and a knife next to her side. So she picks it up and tries to peel the apple but without looking at what she peels and is staring right at the camera. In the end, the girl cuts her bleeding fingers. She uses her blood as the lipstick and faints again into a deep sleep.
