@@aaronthed1047 the show was better than most budget wise tbh. The filming quality is still one of the best ever and the werewolf prosthetics we're great. Wish they truly focused on action scenes but they relied too much on slow motion. Definitely could have used bigger CGI budget on the beast in season 5

Season 2-3 were also peters weakest seasons....the only way peter could've been an alpha again is if he kills one of them who were already beaten to a pulp(like ennis foe example)

I like how they did his transformation. He’s a demon wolf. Peter was an alpha beast because he gave in to his animal side. Which is why it makes sense his transformation was into a werewolf closer to its animal side. With Deucalion, he was a demon wolf, he became powerful through demonic and evil actions, rather than giving in and forgetting his human side. So his design and transformation is more akin to a humanoid demon, dark bluish skin, long thin black claws, and a shifted face that is very ridged and with a bandit mask, with the others, the transition between their eyebrows and nose is smoothened, it becomes more lupine, with Deucalion, his face becomes demonic. They’re both transformations that psychotic murderers wield, but they’re different, because the way to achieve them is different. Edit: forgot to say, also, he was an augmented alpha, and then became the alpha of an alpha pack, the power he gained from just being the alpha of his pack would’ve been a huge chunk of what he’s capable at this point.

@Donnyking5 what suggests it was a silver bullet? the only time silver bullets are used is when argent shoots an oni and when monroe shoots the hell hound and in that same episode Argent a master hunter states silver bullets do not work and are a myth maybe you need to go and rewatch that episode

True, or if they wanted him dead, he should have faced off against the Beast of Gevaudan for him to go all out against, getting killed by no name is really unfitting on him (especially since him getting ambushed is highly unlikely, he was literally teaching Scott and Malia to rely on their other senses)

In one of the episodes writers gave someone a dialogue that stated “ He defeated Deucalion and his alpha pack”... It took Powered up Darach, Derek, Scott and Lunar Eclipse to weaken yet he stood on top.... Scott might be the true alpha but he’s not stronger than Deucalion and Peter Hale( in his alpha wolf state)....
