Teenagers attacked petrol station worker and filmed it on Snapchat

A group of hooded teenage thugs 'fuelled by rage' thought they'd got away a sickening attack on a petrol station worker. They launched an horrific, random assault on an innocent worker in Stockport.
But the cocky gang were tracked down after police uncovered a Snapchat video of the incident. The attack was filmed and posted on the social media app.
In the early hours of July 29, 2021, the group of young men entered the petrol station on Wellington Road South before stealing e-cigarette liquid. One of the gang realised he had left his phone at the garage. He returned with his friends and violence erupted.
After threatening the shop worker from the forecourt, the thugs were seen on Snapchat footage forcing the door open and violently assaulting him as he cowered behind the counter.

2 years and less for some of them, our court system is useless, thats not justice, thats a slap on their hands, they will be out in less than a year and back on the streets to do more harm. The courts needs to hand out tougher sentences

Social deprevation, and being failed from a young age by a society that tells the they have no worth. Unfortunately, no amount of threats of harsher sentences or bringing back corporal punishment will fix this. If you have nothing to lose, you can't have anything taken from you.

I agree very much. It’s also a cultural thing. In Britain, the sense of who and what we are only remains with a dwindling number of the middle and upper social classes. For the vast majority, they are forgotten, with no values instilled in them. What fills that vacuum is either religious ideology (for good and for bad) and criminal delinquency.
