I don't understand, it looks like you guys judge a person because he didn't manage to fight back properly against a complete idiot who resorted to fists to defend the fact he was wrong. Lots of comment saying "he got beat" instead of "he should be locked up". I'd really like to see people that write this comments showing their fighting skills in a street brawl.

you might be the one that needs to learn the law, grabbing, pushing, or pulling is technically assaulting someone so you can legally fight them and or defend yourself if someone does that.

Some times they have 2-3 cameras in the same raid. They either uploaded the footage of another camera, or they got it back after going to the police.

Check the original channels most of these are few weeks old some even longer before these subbed vids get posted on this channel.

Think you need to get your eye sight checked, cause the guy got hit with a door multiple times AND the driver grabbed him. Both counting as assault and warrant self defence

You are wrong sir. The reason you think he started throwing punches is because he is better at throwing punches. But look carefully at 3:55. The D(uchebag) grabs the young guy's jacket at the right shoulder to fix his position. You grab someone's clothes so you can better hit, kick, or stab him with a knife. Then at 3:56 the D tried to punch the young lad with his right, immediately followed by a landed punch to the sticker guy's chin. Then when the sticker guy withdraws from the fight at 4:01 the D tries to throw a punch at the young guy, but misses. In return he gets his tooth knocked out. I mean it was maybe a bit to harsh but the D could have just be 1. law abiding, 2. be nice when they warned him politely, 3. Be nice when they warned him again, 4. not be aggressive and smash the metal door of a car multiple times against someone's leg, 5. when he sucked the punches he shouldn't have continued being aggressive and tear the necklace off and steal the camera.

It was self-defence. Nothing wrong with their behaviour at all.

They could have pushed him away, had other members stand in between, run away, tackled to the ground - the possibilities are endless. What you DON'T do is knock his teeth out

What you do when forced to defend yourself is try to neutralise the threat efficiently. A broken tooth hurts. So much that to keep attacking someone becomes pretty difficult. What's more is that thinking is hard when fighting, or in this case, defending oneself, so breaking someone's tooth kind of just happens. It definitely wasn't some kind of calculated move by the person getting attacked by an obviously insane taxidriver. And it would be silly to blame someone for defending themselves. You don't sympathise with the person who's clearly in the wrong. You don't attack people. Especially not after already breaking the law by parking illegally on a traffic lane. The behaviour was fine, as again, it was simply self-defence. I only wish they'd carry pepper spray more often. It's more efficient and more painful than a broken tooth, and thus far more deserved.

I also think it's somewhat justified, it was the taxi driver who was getting physical. I just expected more from Stop a Douchebag

And I think that a lot of people have forgotten what it feels like to be punched in the face. It makes them act disrespectful and agressive towards seemingly weaker people. A punch can be a wonderful and effective one-time humility lesson for a lot of meatheads.

@David: In my country that kind of behavior would be considered as inadequate defense. You can't simply pull a gun on somebody who is attacking you with bare hands. And if I would shoot the attacker into the head as you wrote, that would be considered as killing a person (maybe even murder).

David I too am from the US. You know many think that way of how you say you would react. But seriously, you know you would be charged with a crime. As you said you'd rather be in jail rather than dead, but guess what, you'd probably get a life sentence therefore die in jail anyway. SO, I'd say for a better chance of not being charged with murder my answer out of the choices A. Or B. , I'd choose A. first, then take it from there.😊
