Hey Julia, that was such a wonderful video ! I’m doing my bachelor degree in English literature, I thought of taking the celta course in the summer since I’ll be free. But I’d like to hear your opinion. I’m 20 y.o and I want to start my teaching career early so I’m trying to get a certificate or two since funds and free time are available for me. Do you recommend me to start with tefl or celta ?

It depends on the final goal. CELTA is shorter and more intense, well-recognised by employers.

It depends on your goals and which TEFL programme you choose but in general, if you do a TEFL programme in the authorised centre, you can benefit a lot from it. It is also useful to have a look at ESL job descriptions - which certificates/diplomas they would expect from applicants to have.
