i assume you are still using the teglu key safe, is it still working as it ahould?

Hi I’ve sent the 8 - 10 digit temporary codes to mine, but none of them work. Fingerprints work, Key cards work, Admin code and Bluetooth all seem to work good, but not the temporary passcodes. Is there a button to press at the beginning or end of the temporary codes?

What if im in another city ,can still create a passcode or do i need a hub or bridge to acces the box ?

No, to add passcodes you would have to be by the device using Bluetooth from your phone.

hey cool video, what's the battery consumption of this thing? how long until you have to replace the battery

So far, The batteries I put in this when it arrived are still in it. So I think a while as long as its not being used a whole lot. I have only used it 5 or 6 times during the past 6 months or so.

I have been using this box for almost a year. I used 1 set of batteries for 9 months. For the last 2 weeks I have a problem with the batteries. Kills batteries in less than 24 hours. Does anyone have the same problem and if so how do you fix it?

Hi, about those batteries. I am not fond of devices using batteries. As I need to monitor them and after long time could be leakages from the batteries. Can I just power up the lock from the USB without putting in batteries at all? Thank you.

Honestly... I think that would work. I can't really say for sure but from the idea sounds like it would work.

Can you have multiple passcodes? For construction I would like to have a different password for each of the subs on the jobsite

From what I can remember, you can. I think there was a limit of 10 or 5 passcodes but I could be wrong. I know you could control it from the app tho via Bluetooth when next to the device.

To me remote access is not possible if gateway is inside building you are trying to access, even tho if gateway is right behind the wall. (brick wall and aluminum door with glass in middle)

hi there, are you able to remotely re-program the passkey or is it only when in range of bluetooth of your mobile?

This one would only work within range of the bluetooth. I added an extra code to mine, that way if I ever needed to give the code to someone I could without giving mine. I could then just delete it and make a new one the next time I was by the lock.
