David Zoyoquila They are two types of bass players those who should be on a guitar then on the bass . but this kids hold the rythm of the song does some runs and goes back to the fundamentals of a bass player. that is what I mean by pocket know that the timing and rythm of a song is the most important factor.

LOL :-) That *walking bass ostinato* is literally the *floor* of the *Black Gospel sound,* and *it literally drives the music forward.* It is especially *the hallmark of all our Black* *Pentecostal music!* It supports all the congregational singing, supports the choral singing, and is the base of all our exuberant *shouting and dancing praise music.* We brought that sound with us from Africa, and technology enabled us to get instruments that could handle the sound. *PRAISE GOD FOR THE BASS JAM!*

That's because *mediocrity always fears talent!* This youngun has *serious skills* on that bass! *GLORY!* "Ain't nobody mad but the devil..." It's sad people have to hate on a young kid giving God the glory on his instrument! The Bible tells us to *"praise Him on stringed instruments and organs"* (Psalm 150: 4b) I hope to play like that one day! :-) It is beautiful to see a young boy worship God in church! :-)

so you also play bass. I play: ukulele, (alto,tenor,baritone)saxophone, (Picc.,Concert,Bass) flute, (SOP.,alto,bass) clarinet, bassoon, oboe, and percussion(including piano). I know not of how to play any sort of string instrument except: ukulele and violin, I always wanted to play another string instrument. And may I ask might not that be a 6 string bass?, and what brand may it be?
