@@linkfreak404 the backgrounds are pseudo 3d in 2d format, meaning the 3d perspective is used to give the stages background a dynamic feeling instead of a flat image like tekken 2. So the backgrounds are in 2d but the perspective isn't

no friend it's not 2d because the stage rotates in the same way as the arcade version, the only difference is that in the a5rcade version some pathetic flat trees are included, flat plants, 2d sprites, it's a silly difference ,,, If a scenario rotates like a square cube, it is 3d not 2d, or is it that you don't see that there are corners? it is because it is 3d but in that cube there is a pre-rendered background and it also looks better, because it seems more realistic,, in the arcade version there are flat things, and part of it is animated drawing, it actually looks better in the console version,,.. 😉👌🌟observe:

As much as I’m a massive SF fan, SF3 didn’t have a leg to stand on, especially against Tekken 3. I didn’t even know about SF3 until years later and also the fact the PS1 wasn’t powerful enough to run the CPS3 based arcade games didn’t help either.

What I did exactly, I use the MAME Record Input feature and when I'm done recording, I exit it out, then make myself the Windows Batch File, type in the emulator I use, the name of the rom, playback the recorded input, and finally use the AVI recording input. That's how I did it.
