Cad Turt that's situational and noctis has very easy wall carry options like 2,2,2,2(3 or 4 times) and db1,1+2. These are exceptionally good wall carry options. And are super easy. :)

Db1+2 uf3 ws3 1 1+2 dash 22 b2 does 80 damage and i consider it a max damage combo too. Although pretty advanced but hey the most damaging combos aren’t meant to be easy.

Alex Thorne A little late but iWR stands for instant while running. CH is counter hit and 2~2 simply means leave a small gap between the two inputs. By the way, if you think of iWR moves, just think of Dragunov's Russian Assault (fff,2)

yeah the d/b+2 combos only really consistently work on female characters and the bears (maybe gigas) unless you confident it will hit probably best just to do d/b+1+2

f,f is somewhat slower way to crouch cancel and won't work in the tightest of cancels like this one. u, however, will. It is very tight timing, but by hitting u at the right moment and following with 4,2 right after will work! :)

one of your coolest vids to date! i felt like king felt similar to play as king, do you feel the same thing? also ending with you ff4 is bad most of the time, doesnt splat on wall and switches sides, try ending with iWR1+2 or similar, they work the same but just a tiny bit let damage, better oki too and wall pressure. so far ive seen everyone use his "demoman" on the wall, have you found anything stronger than that?

The just frame version of his Maelstrom is his strongest wall combo. Needs to be timed so the second part hits!

Learn the timing and repeat it until it goes down to your muscle memory, the input is always f,f+1 with noctis. In anreal match, don't bother with the extra jab and just do 1. It's only 2 damage!

Keep on practising, they are very strict and can only be learned through muscle memory. The input should always be f,f+1 with noctis.

Yes! It's easier with male characterd but also works with females. You have to wait a littke so they slump a little lower before performing it!

Drop the second dash jab to make the combos way easier, you only lose 2 dmg.

Great video! A very very minor correction. ~ means "immediately after", where you roll from one button straight into another. Hwo RFF 3~4 is the most well-known example. Delayed inputs are use >, such as Hei df+1>2. Correct notation should really be 4,2>2. I'm being very nitpicky, but considering how many new players will watch (and how influential you're getting!), it would be best to use correct notation.

Yes, i know this. But to differentiate a delayed hopkick (u/f,N,4) from a jumping 4 (U/F~4) people have used the ~ sign for a long time. That us the principle i applied here too, since basically the move in question is a jumping move just like a jumping 4 is. Also the delay input is < and not >, a very minor correction right back at you ;)

mshklh2099 not at all. If you don’t know how to use him properly, noctis can be easily punished. His moves are wide and a little slow for the most part, and opens a lot of negative frames for the opponent to get you back. But his range is insane, which makes up for that I guess.

mshklh2099 his d/f+2 launcher is easily punishable. In fact most of his launchers are. You can duck out of his 2,2,2,2,2 and do a WS launcher. His 1+2 gives him a few negative frames. And there’s a lot more.

I know of STL but Eliza's hitbox is longer than most females', including Xiaoyu's here. I couldn't perform those combos on her.

A few of the combos arent guarenteed. Therfore not real combos. Not trying to burst your bubble but if someone techs then you'll get punished

thing is... they cant bring a lot of them back because of the new tailspin combo system. even worse, some characters STILL have the bound state because they devs needed them in the story. this franchise has died. if you want your old favorites back then you better be prepared to have them play nothing like how they were before

okay, so much bitching i had to leave a comment (i never comment on shit). Being a vet tekken player (where's your tekken 3 pre order poster children?), noctis isnt OP. there isnt an OP character in the game. never has been. if theres a specific character to cry about why not pick chloe, josie or edie? fastest punishers and low-high mixes in game. far worse than high damage combos and flashy attacks. Id have prefered cloud if i wanted a FF character, but beggers and such... noctis has easy access to too many weapons for him to be in SC. max damage for neutral combos without rage or CH charge... and the only tier levels in this game are based on characters' difficulty to PLAY, not damage output. stop crying, go into practice and learn how to deal with his ass. or have fun playing as him. hes a blast and flashy =D good combo (pun intended). i think i addressed each tear soaking the keyboard of all the children posting on a VERY helpful video that i appreciated very fucking much. i write this mostly to keep you tards around so you dont get weeded out and im left with nothing but HxC no-lifers to level my rank against. thanks J King, and gj handling these tards. especially wing over there... my ribs still hurt.

I Alexis v for real. Unlike Yoshimitsu Noctis actually uses his swords. Also I didn't like Bayonetta in Smash but I learned to deal with it and keep playing the game. I hate people who can't deal with characters they don't like in a game. It's just like having someone you don't like in your class

tekken 7 is killing the franchise by targeting new players and creating a tiered character system. before when a new player asked "whos the best?" they were met with "whoever you are the best with, they are all pretty much equal". now its "all of the SSS tier easy-to-use characters of course!"

Cad Turt thats not the case at all though.. Top tier players adapt and keep on playing. I was top 100 on PSN for sc4 but these days I can barely keep up with fighters. Im still in love with them, but Im not cursing their names because they changed it up. Excuse my language but people need to stop being bitches.. Games evolve.. So evolve with them. And I hope you realize that in the other vid, the combos that did as much or more damage than most damaging combos in this video are the ones that hit wall or use rage art and drop floor or all three of that stuff

In other point of view you did all this Max damage whitout rage art nor wall, isn't that better? The other guy didn't had this without RA or wall combos, Only did incredible damage with those two thing, this guy didn't even use it and he did half damage and a little more.
