Just a recommendation but instead of using DF1 I use D2 it lifts higher and does more damage, great video tho as always

For the second combo, you can substitute the 3~df stealth-step 2 with WR3/ff3. They do the same damage and is slightly easier to do if you're having a hard time doing dash into 3~df. Great video btw, really helped me understand Shaheen's combo tools.

thank you dude, but some of the subs for the combos are incorrect, or are for the wrong combos, the eighth combo says at the end to down back 3,4 when the combo being shown in stealth step, 3

for the combo at 3:30 you dont have to ssr and if you skip the db3 at the end you get an extra point of damage for some reason

Your combo at 3:35 is labeled wrong. Shaheen slide kick isn't db 3,4 :(

at 1:14 instead of doing that you can do SNK3 dash 3~df SNK2 f2,4,4 S! db2~df SNK 3 for 75 damage

Commands are a bit messed up, for example the combo at 3:28 says it ends in db3,4 when it actually ends in db2 df 3

Screw attack. It's just showing the previous input was a screw attack, allowing you to finish the combo. (from my understanding)

notation for combo at 3:00 is all wrong. you end the combo with dash d/b3,4. the notation says dash 3+4

@legendarymihawk - How do you corkscrew, sprint, and then do a 3~df+2 ?? The character moves too far away after the corkscrew for ff>3 to reach, and fff>3 just produces a fff+3 running kick.

i have been practicing the combo and found out that you have to do the 3 right next to the opponent while they are in screw state and then the 3 three combos if your not right next to him when you press the 3 after running it will whiff

This is very well illustrated but I still have a hard time pulling off combos. I find him really interesting and I made him my main but all I do is mash since it's hard for me to execute combos... *sighs deeply* lol

Practice and try to be aware of what you're doing. That way you'll learn combos. Get them into your muscle memory! :-)

That low parry combo doesnt seem to work against many. I hit it on heihachi but it missed on xiaoyu, jin and shaheen. weird!

Good video. Although you don't have to show the controller notation chart after every single combo. I know you include the combo notation, but I find it kind of pointless since you include them in the slow motion segments anyway, and it interrupts the combos. Just once at the beginning is good enough.

alveno dinova SNK is his sneak stance, which is usually done by pressing df after certain attacks, or by pressing df twice. For example 3 SNK2 means press 3, then df to go into the sneak stance, then press 2 to do the sneak stance 2 attack.

+nurfürcommentsundso Just press 3+4 instead of 3. While running 3+4 is the same as standing 3. Not f3+4, just 3+4. You don't need to press back to cancel the run.

Your combo # 1 hits for solid damage, but is severely unsafe if the first hit doesn't connect or is blocked. Easy AF to punish.

Brandon Zack Characters who have f,d,df moves can wavedash. Thus, the Mishimas, Jin, King, Hwoarang, Bob, and Josie can all wavedash. But not all characters that can wavedash hard to master. King, for example, is not that hard to master minus his chain grabs. In fact, there are some characters who can't wavedash and are hard to master. Steve, for instance, is a character who can't wavedash, but is hard to master. Steve is fun if you manage to master using him, however.

Richard Pajooh The hardest bits to master a Mishima are Wavedash and PEWGF. And both are indeed useful in vs CPU or online. I could do at least two to three wavedashes, but not as fast theMainManSWE could. And to this day, I could still not be able to pull off a PEWGF even just once with any Mishimas.

WS is While Standing so any moves that have WS means your mean't to do the move while you are rising from crouch

I got a better optimal for the 4,3 (ch) combo so you don't have to do that SSR shit. 4,3 (ch) S! dash, d/f+1, d+2, d/b+2~d/f, SNK+3. You get 61 dmg easy.

LooNaTiC f = forward, d = down, b = back, u = up 1,2,3,4 = square, triangle, circle and x on ps4 or x, y, b, a on Xbox, or the arcade buttons explains the moves universally across all ports
