Hi! Thank you for your patience while I worked on this. It is a complete move by move guide on her chainsaw stance. I incorporated various tips for her stance throughout the video as well. Damn! It must have missed the final cut somehow. I’ll leave this comment pinned with my thoughts: it’s a very important move due to how quick it is. It’s deceivingly hard to step and has really good frames on hit or block. very usable to keep up pressure and get your enemy to try and duck. once they duck, you go mid.

I usually utilize that after the DES f21 (bc ending with that f+1 is so much more quick)

@im_buffy We in Fujin baby!!! I'm catching people way more with chainsaw mix, but people know that Alisa match up so well at these ranks (people can't stand a s rank character ) that alot of the early t7 gimmicks don't work. Your guide showed me some new ways of torturing those types. So thank you very much. I hope the next guide is centered around how to condition with her cause I wanna win tournaments so bad. ⚠ Do note, when using shoeshine FC 1+2, "DO NOT USE DF! just use D." FC D1+2 Because on rage It automatically goes to RA, which is really bad if blocked. 😬

This is perfect for people looking to beat Alisa. I was curious about her chainsaws as I have a friend who plays her. I learned that he doesn’t actually know how to play Alisa. I’ve seen plenty casuals that don’t even pull them out 😅 I wonder if she would be more popular with a gender swap. That damage needs a buff too but I can’t morally select a robot sex toy even if she does have blade arms 😢

yep! her chainsaws are strong but at the end of the day it’s a guessing game and you can punish her pretty hard for guessing wrong. I think she is at her strongest with them out, she isn’t that great without them. A gender swap would be neat, I bet a lot of people would play a dude version that feels more intimidating. I’ll probably get to posting an anti-chainsaw guide specifically soon too ☺️

how did you get the frame data to show up as a small window above the characters?

In display settings in the menu, select show frame advantage under player and opponent frame info!
