The most obvious change is Angel Jin has more ranged attacks that uses arm energy blade or as you saw here, summon energy blades. And he can also teleport and launch surprise attack and his laser attack is quicker and doesn't leave him temporarily dizzy and he can also shot the laser from his chest. I'm not surprised if he's available as selectable character one day, he'll be banned from online match due to how can be very unpredictable his special moves that involves teleports.
