Has anyone definitively figured out how to get them? From what I can tell, to get the perfect shining wizard (henceforth to be known as the perfect wizard), there only has to be 6 frames between the first forward and the second forward and the last forward and buttons have to be pressed at the same frame (or close to it). Kinda same principle for the giant swing and tijuana twister.

I can't say definitively. I noticed this as well but I chalked it up to not knowing the optimal stuff yet, but as far as I can tell, this is by design. King isn't a combo beast, he's a throw mix-up character. That's probably why his crouch throws are unbreakable now and he's got blue spark throws now. It's probably not tournament -viable because the good players are just gonna not duck and just break everything on reaction though. He can force throw-strike mixups though with his jaguar sprint, which he can get from an armored pump kick (uf 3+4) and his unbreakable Irish whip. And those do considerable damage.

All his low throws are unbreakable?! Aaand Irish Whip?!

Yassss! It's so good with his new ff2, because even though it's slow, it forces crouch. It's faster than 3+4, 2.
