Tekken (Japanese: 鉄拳, meaning "Iron Fist") is a 1994 Japanese media franchise centered on a series of fighting games developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment (formerly Namco). The franchise also includes film and print adaptations.
The main games in the series follow the events of the King of Iron Fist Tournament, hosted by the Mishima Zaibatsu, where players control a plethora of characters to win the tournament and gain control of the company; the conflict between the Mishima family serves as the main focus of the series' plot, while players explore other characters' motivations in aiming to control the Zaibatsu.
Gameplay focuses on hand-to-hand combat with an opponent, with the gameplay system including blocks, throws, escapes, and ground fighting. The series later introduced combos and special moves, with characters also able to stage break arenas. Tekken is noted as being one of the first fighting games at the time to use 3D animation.

While the scene of him throwing Kazuya off was completely changed. I still think the original reason somewhat remains as this is what Kazuya believes was his motivation,most likely what Heihachi told him since he couldnt tell him about his devil powers. And Kazuya did indeed continued to live in his fathers household after the cliff,the manuals talk a lot about this and his childhood with Lee. Lee was adopted when Kazuya was 13 years old. They were both taught by Heihachi and they both hated him. When Kazuya came off age he left the Mishima Estate to travel the world to progress as a fighter beyond his fathers watch so he can defeat him one day. Some years later Heihachi decided to start the original tournament for a variety of reasons. That being him wanting to fight again Him attracting his enemies so he can take care of them(this is why Nina was sent to compete) And finally to attract Kazuyas attention and test him Also contrary to popular belief Heihachi only grew stronger over time,not weaker. So he didnt expect Kazuya to already be a match for him

Same I hate how they tired to replace him with a daughter of the Devil gene like it doesn't add up. Only person that could replace him is literally Kaz, Jin, And Lars. They just had to add some kids 🙄😒

I wonder, Heihachi so hard towards Jin but he seems nice towards Xiaoyu. Bring her to Japan, send her to private school, allow her to develop her skill, even build her amusement park. Just IMO.
