Tekking, you have to understand that speed of sound is not fast in the One Piece universe. Travel speed does not matter as much in a fight because what matters is reaction time. That's why Rayleigh can keep up with Kizaru because his reaction time is insane due to his future sight haki. If all that mattered in a fight was how fast a character was Kizaru would have easily brought in every pirate in the world due to how fast he is no questions asked.

I would definitely enjoy eneru coming back in the future. Eneru without his ego, like even super humbled from defeat, would essentially be a brand new character, and something I would love to see.

Quick point I want people to keep in mind. Remember when eneru got hit by the reject dial and his heart stopped? Now remember when eneru just shrugged that off, no problem? tekking, it was stated by oda that enerus strongest attack is as powerful as a typical lightning bolt. this means that it is like 15000 degrees F which would (obviously) melt rubber in seconds. you have to remember this though, real life physics dont apply to one piece, and luffy isnt made of just rubber, its rubber coated in plot armor.

Volcanos sometimes actually generate lightning due to the ash show into the sky. And lava is not just rock but ore as well, molten ore but still. This means it could conduct an electrical charge. I think Enel's Goro Goro could actually hurt the Magu Magu by being hotter and conducting through the Magma itself. And Oda's retconning of higher heat trumps lower heat (Remember when he was doing the Enel fight he likely was not considering that) Really all these fights depends on how much control over electricity the Goro Goro actually has. If Enel could train himself to a point were he could say control small electrical currents such as nerve impulses well he wins every fight.

To anyone who wants to know I have an excellent power for Enels awakening: the manipulation of electrons. Electrons are what current travels through to conduct electricity, but this current can only pass through delocalised electrons in that materials compound, for example, copper has lots of delocalised electrons, rubber doesn’t. So, if Enel were able to manipulate those electrons, then he could delocalise all of them and be able to maximise his lightning damage (he can do this to those materials his lightning doesn’t affect like the ground and rubber). Basically, there would be no counters to his lightning except for something like ryou haki, so no characters in the series can evade his almost ‘infinite power’. I think this idea is sick myself

I think Luffy not being affected by Eneru's lightning is less about heat and more two defil fruit concepts fighting each other. The concept of electricity wouldn't effect the concept of rubber. Magical rules or something, I guess.

Few points: 1. Admirals know that "outside of body" kind of Haki and can block seemingly any kind of attacks with that. I'm pretty sure that they can deflect lightning bolts to some extent like that. 2. Enel can't beat anyone with roughly equal strength. He's perfect example of large fish in a small pond and has most likely never fought anyone who comes even close to him in terms of raw power. He most likely doesn't have any plan for battle of Kuzan vs Sakazuki caliber. In fact, he rarely even has to show up to fight because he can obliterate armies from a distance. It's clear that he's still skilled in combat and has insane physical strength but unlike him admirals, warlords and other similar character have to be prepared to face someone of equal or even greater strength. For example I doubt that Kaido was captured by some random bunch of captains. 3. Lightning not only fucks with your nervous system but Enel levels of lightning should straight up stop your heart and bolt through anyone's chest should cause instant death. Of course anime science won't work like that but if try to apply science to this, that cannot be overlooked. Maybe someone with full body Haki could block attack like that puts too much strain on user to be sustainable for long. 4. I'm pretty sure that all fruits have some kind of energy consumption if you use them to their maximum capability. Just staying in incorporeal form may not make Enel sweat but I doubt that he could fire those town-busting bolts infinitely. We just never see that because we haven't witnessed any of those battles that last several days. So basically: If Enel has patience to keep his distance and just keeps firing small and concentrated bolts, I doubt that anyone besides Yonko and Kizaru, maybe (fleet) admirals and of course Mihawk and Garp could beat him and if Enel can stop their hearts, maybe even none of them besides Blackbeard. But he won't because of his personality and there will always be a moment when any noteworthy character in the series has chance to pummel him to the dirt.

Tekking this is an overall very well made video, however you are seriously underestimating the speed of these characters. Luffy and Zoro have been shown to be able to doge bullets and move faster than the normal human eye can see, the average pistol shot travels at 1,700 mph (more than mach 2) and the human eye can track small objects moving around 9,000 mph (almost mach 12) considering how much stronger and faster higher powered characters like Yonko and Admirals are and how much Luffy and Zoro have grown since these feats you could easily put them at hyper-sonic to relativistic to light considering Luffy was able to doge the Pasifictas lazer beams. So watching Eneru post time skip closely, his attacks, his movement speed, his combat skills and honestly, Eneru was never really a viable threat except him being a logia. In fact it was shown that Wiper, using a reject dial beat Eneru and killed him but he was revived by his fruit. Wiper is a strong warrior but nowhere near Admiral or Yonko. Hell Doflamingo, Hancock, and Mihawk would own Wiper and Eneru. Characters have been shown that speed in One Piece is broken as hell. A example being Luffy dodging the Pacifista laser beams which are made of light and move at light speed. Zoro has moved from one location to another instantly and with people watching him but unable to follow him. Eneru has no combat skills, he relied solely on his fruit to fight and protect him and has always been top dog in his very small yard. Even if he learned haki and came down to the Blue Sea he would still be a small fish because of his extreme lack of combat skills, his lack of adaption in combat, his lack of training with his fruit. Eneru is a embodiment of Logia getting killed because of reliance. This was shown when he couldn't use lightning on Luffy he practically panicked, he showed no warrior training or skill to adapt against a opponent not effected by his power. Now his speed, Lightning in our world is fast but we can see it. We see it every time their is a lightning storm. In the One Piece world speed is nothing as we seen with the shave technique how fast Rob Lucci and CP9 could move, how fast Luffy can move in 2nd gear would have him smashing Eneru from every possible position. It once more comes down to Eneru not being able to adapt to a new situation, Akainu would have a lava fist in Eneru. As for Shanks...there is no fight against Shanks. Hell, Shanks would probably Conqueror haki, Eneru and drop him. Eneru was powerful enough in Skypia where his power was absolute. But on the Blue Sea where speed is not an issue, where warriors constantly battle for supremacy. No, Eneru would be a strong pirate, maybe 400 million but I don't see him anywhere near admiral or Yonko.

To make it easy, air is normal an insulator but after a certain voltage there is a breakdown (lightning). I found as an breakdown voltage for rubber 50000 per mm. Luffy is 1750 mm tall. From head to ground you need 87 500 000 volt for a breakdown. Enel can make 200 000 000. So basically luffy would explode. This would happen with most of the opponents. So yes enel is op as f

We did see Luffy being burned a ton of times, from far less. I’m sure it’s the same logic, as the crazy healing powers Luffy have, even regrowing teeth, his body is just weird like that, or the devil fruit system just made Luffy fully immune, because of how broken it is. That or his body is just like kid buu, obviously not with all of kid buu powers, but the rubber body makes him like kid buu, and it makes him more like bungee gum more than plain rubber (it has the property of both rubber and gum)

One thing I want to mention about Eneru’s lighting strikes is the limit: since every other devil fruit that produces something has a limit and the character is -most of the time- tired out from overproduction, Eneru doesn’t use dozens of strikes as often as he can when we’ve seen him fought. Remember Biscuit? He mentioned having no limit in biscuit production but after an all night buffet fight against Luffy, we saw him get noticeably exhausted and that’s just basic biscuit production. He’s not increasing the size of them or doing anything fancy most of the time during the fight so his endurance was pretty measurable. Since Eneru tried increasingly larger strikes against Luffy and Eneru’s heavenly punishment wasn’t as consistent as Old Faithful, I think it’s fair to say that there’s a definite limit to his ability to produce lighting before he starts to get slower and worn out.

Enel was very op before armament (probably butchered that slelling) haki. Yes he could do a large amount of damage, but he cant handle a lot of hits so like one hit from like big mom he would just die.

I'm sure thoughts on this have changed. But the Enel presented in Skypiea gets no diffed by every admiral, yonko, and commander, and probably still loses to most below that like tobi ropo, oven etc. These characters are certainly light speed plus and have haki. Enel has neither of those and probably loses for that reason alone considering how he relies on his fruit. Keep in mind Drake was dodging Kizaru's blasts pre time skip which are inarguably light speed.

The problem with lightning is that it's wild and because of this the ground and other conductive elements can disperse it. However, Eneru's lightning isn't wild and is always portrayed as a straight line attack instead of the zigzagy form lightning usually takes, it's because Eneru has complete control over the lightning and where it's going. The only reason Luffy was able to beat Eneru was because of plot armor. Even Nami states that Eneru could kill Luffy a thousand different ways. A million things had to go right for Luffy to win that fight and if someone told me that luffy snorted a line of the luck luck fruit I wouldn't be surprised.

I love Enel but he's not beating ANY of the admirals or yonko. You overestimate Enel & downplay just about everyone he's matched up against. Long Story short Enel lacks real experience. just one among MANY things. Also speed feats are VERY inconsistent. Real world logic doesn't work in one piece.

Matt your underestimating one piece character speed. Kuma litterally stated that his attacks can move at the speed of light and zorro dodge a crap ton of them and this is pre time skip zorro. To be fair zorro may have used observations haki at that point but even if thats argued thats still a way slower character than anyone you have fighting in this battle against eneru. Another thing to note is that luffy has properties of rubber the heat and cold resitance of one peice characters are just really high. I think it was crocodile and jinbei were unflinching when they take the punishment when entering impel down and luffy survies heat and cold all of the time. After acttually getting through this video i guess the biggest problem is that your overestimating eneru speed /underestimating everyone elses speed. He is not that fast compared to everyone else arguably he is quite a bit slower than his opponets. His attacks wouldnt acttually hit that often and arent damageing enough to kill any of them very quickly. I think the warlords are probally better opponets for him their power ranges wildly but in gereral are much closer match ups and he could probally easily be one if he was on the blue sea

Hey Tekking, I'm not sure if this has already been said but vibration can not travel through a vacuum but neither can electricity. Both need a medium to travel through same with heat. Light does not need a medium since it is both a particle and a wave (photons). This is why vacuum sealed windows are so effective at insulating homes in the winter, the heat cannot escape through a vacuum only the solid material and open gaps.

Some things to think about. Akainu vs Enel. if you follow OP logic, Enel has the potential to burn through akainu like akainu did ace. Luffy vs enel. yes he didnt melt. but i think its because the lightning didnt struck luffy. as in hit him. it just passes through or rather it just moves around him, as in lightning has no effect on luffy in it self. but when he melted the gold, or altered it, with heat, it did burn luffy, because the gold itself was the conducter.. Imagine a water flow. it moves without any obstacles. thats what happened with luffy, but imagine a rock or stick in that waterflow, like that, just to paint a picture. Kizaru vs Enel. well. if you really dwell into it, then enel has the potential to reach the up to the 3rd of kizarus speed, after all, its the lightning, not thunder that hurts you. still is a huge gap, but, when the numbers are so high, i dont think it matters, it all comes down to who can controle it the most, if you ask me thats where the observation haki comes into play. which enel has the advantage. since his is vastly superior to any observation haki we have seen. im basing this on kizarus fight with Reyleigh, because, He has no powerups., IF a Human can keep up with a kizaru doing his best, then surely a human with lightning powers can aswell. WB vs Enel. probebly the fight with Enel having the greatest odds of wining, but i still think would lose it. fx. Tekking101, I'm not an astrophysicist but based off of everything I've studied, it would have to be an insane amount of gravity to change the course of a lightning bolt. Just think that gravity bends space and thus bends the path of light around larger objects. This is over an extremely large area and even then it doesnt redirect really, just curves the light. We would have to be talking about something along the lines of a blackhole to actually redirect the light in a different direction, and if that was the case, Fujitora's gravity fruit just becomes extremely overly powerful being able to destroy everything on the planet instantly if he wanted to.

I do feel like your downplaying one pieces speed by alot. post time skip luffy was able to block the pacifistas lasers while in base form, these lasers being derived from kizarus devil fruit. Foxys devil fruit is stated as firing particle radition, kumas air attacks are stated as "air bubbles repelled at light speed" so basically most of the mid to high tiers should anywhere between relativistic to ftl.

There are plenty of One Piece characters faster than sound. Just being able to use Moonwalk/Geppo to double-jump requires Nuclear Bomb levels of energy. Applying that to normal movement, let alone Shave/Soru which seems to additively increases speed by kicking the ground multiple times, and supersonic or even hypersonic combat isn't exactly farfetched. Edit: Just realised, Gear 2 Luffy visibly broke the sound barrier fighting Blueno, at least in the anime.

My perspective on eneru vs whitebeard. First: prime whitebeard most likely claps eneru. Second: i dont believe marineford whitebeard used the full extent of his powers at marineford for fear of hurting his children. We may be able to see the full extent of the gura gura no mi from blackbeard during the throne wars

Lemme help you out Tekking. When judging how fast, strong, or durable someone is you have to look at their feats. Feats are basically examples/showings of a character that display how strong they are. Base Luffy in Skypeia was able to react to Enel's lightning attacks. Yet, in the next arc when Luffy first meets Lucci and the cp9 they're speed overwhelms him. Lucci specifically was able to blitz Luffy. That making Lucci faster than lightning in speed. Luffy then gets gear 2nd and is able to match Lucci in speed, even catching Lucci off guard with it sometimes. Jinbe, Magellan, even Smoker was able to react to gear 2nd Luffy. Anybody that Luffy fights post Skypeia is faster than Enel sadly. All of these characters I mentioned are weaker than WB in every way. Speed, durability, strength, etc. Yet you somehow believe he'd lose? Stop it. Also vibrations that travel through the air(sound) move at Mach 1. Sound itself is a vibration. Meaning WB would be able to keep up and/or land attacks on Enel.
