Yummy 😋🤤,I m from Maharashtra,here in Maharashtra we clean the pieces of Raw Mango in water,u won't ,so I find it Easy of ur style here in Maharashtra also we prepare so nice Pickles,we even use Jagaree for Sweet Pickle

We clean & soak mangoes in water for 3-4 hours before cutting into pieces

The life of the pickle is two years.. if you maintain hygiene.. there shouldn't be water touch.. whenever you take pickle use dry spoons and cover tightly..
