Well. A bit of a drama with your wine. Glad I have a frig full. Just had a friend return a 1.5 liter bottle of Bedrock heritage from 2012 that he had been keeping for me in his cellar. Saving for the boy's Bar Mitzvah. Nice video thanks.

Global warming/climate change is 100% politics and 0% science. If the politicians that Californians keep on voting for over and over refuse to do forest management these wild fires will always happen. There is a multi-billion dollars industry in California to fight forest fires and they are not interested in forest management.

Great video. Syrah is my favorite wine but I haven't yet tasted Petite Sirah, one of these days. Hope your Petite Sirah wine came out good without smoke flavor/smell. At 18:32 you mention climate change, I think it is a code word for #globalwarming but temperature data from NOAA starting on March 28, 1893 to present shows a cooling trend. I look it up data for Sonoma, CA but NOAA has no weather station there, the closest that I could find was Vacaville, about 25 miles (east) on a strait line from Sonoma. The hottest day in Vacaville was 115 F in June 15, 1961, and in that year there were 7 days of temperatures above 110 F. It hasn't got to 115 since. We are constantly bombarded (gaslighted) by the news media, politicians and other interest groups about global warming/climate change but the data from the U.S. government does not support that claim. Wishing you good wine making.
