Funny thing is, she was supposed to do this in MoM (before Vecna was even a thing). You can find the footage of the stunt takes on KZfaq. They didn't end up putting it in the movie because Disney complained it would raise the age rating. Just look up "R Rated Dr. Strange 2 Scarlet Witch deleted scene." There is a video of her stunt person crushing a sorcerer like that
