I just listened to Judy Woodruff say farewell for her PBS news desk. I just wanted to say a grateful thank you to her from Australia. She provides a sane and compassionate and ultimately refreshing view of the US. What a relief.

Bravo! This was fabulous, and I thank you so much for posting it. In my opinion, Judy is the best female journalist around. She is such a class act on all levels. There is not a phony bone in her body. She is genuine, talented, ethical -- Judy has it all. I love watching her on PBS in 2021.

Dee Devlin how liberal is it to like a golden blond, intelligent, beautiful mature woman? That's conservative, and you must be gay.

We are told (elsewhere) that this young lady won a Beauty Pageant in 1963. Who could dispute that if another such pageant was held today, she would once again, as we say in England, - WALK IT.

One of the most biased journalists working in TV. She's a left wing ideologue. Nothing wrong with that, but she presents herself as an objective, unbiased newswoman and moderator on PBS, which makes a lot of viewers want to gag. I'd post this on PBS KZfaq videos, but they turn off their comments section. So much for free speech.

This comment is meant for this frail looking woman; Judy Woodruff. Since PBS has muted the comment section (one can not mute shamelessness), we have resorted to commenting here. Judy is a 75 year old woman and one presumes with age comes certain wisdom that is supposed to be in partnership with certain high human values. Judy has - and we need to be succinct here - shamelessly fallen into the ugly habit of repeating all the nonsense that her bosses tell her to. When a human stoops so low just because it is profitable to maintain the job and the great material trappings that it guarantees, regardless of the truth, one exposes oneself to critique and ridicule. Judy deservedly falls in this category - along with so many frail characters in her position. If she is not ashamed of her deceiving ways - just because she has been instructed to broadcast untruths, then she has proven to be an unworthy human with shamelessly corrupt character. Jus so she knows how she is being regarded. PBS News Hour has decided to mute comment section for a reason. Terrified of hearing or reading the ire of so many. Since you, Judy Woodruff, have chosen to value material rewards over honorable existence, there seems to be very little one can say to shame you. Disgusting.indeed.

I have great Respect for Judy, but having watched Macneil/Lehrer , Jim Lehrer and now PBS Newshour since the mid 90's editorial bias has crept in and is ruining what made the show a bastion of journalism . Its now resembling a CNN/NPR lite imitation. Anti corporate and anti administration. Yamiche Alcindor is openly partisan.
