Most of what this guy talks about is practised by the Zulu people in South Africa. The difference is the approach. I like this guy because he highlights things the "thee" knowledgeable Zulu herbalists will always hide and make them the only knowledgeable and the only gateway to the healing. I feeling loving Ghana more because it has people with such valuable knowledge that works to us as Africans. I'm actually amazed if I can imagine where is Ghana from South Africa but this man talks about things that make that are so relevant to the Zulu culture. I just want to listen to him where ever he speak.

I've bought cow urine and in tablets form at a very expensive price and drank. Not easy to drink or swallow though. The Indians drink a lot. It does lots of things. Bless you Sam.
