I'd say most people operate this way: " They seek to be understood FIRST, before they ever seek to understand."

This was spectacular! Thank you- I learned parenting, teaching, personal development, business, and spiritual tips all with this same concept of asking curious questions. And it was entertaining 😊

How amazing! I am going to aply this in my life. I just ask for you to present your speakers, I am new to the Church an do not live in USA, so I don't know her name, who she is or anything. You fail to present this amazing speaker to the audience. Do not assume we all know your speakers because we don't.

@EnsignCollege Please verbally and on closed captioning introduce all your speakers. A voice over of introduction will do nicely as well. Thank you.

I loved this talk and wanted to tell you there at the end to keep going, that I didn’t care about time. 😂 I’m a reactor and I miss those moment that could be teaching moments by filling them with emotion, making things about me instead of my child’s growth. Your story w/your adventurous 13 yr old was spot on for me in how I WANT to respond. Pause and question and try to understand. Thank you!

Beautiful talk. Loved every bit! Thank you! I’m sorry for you Stanford graduate freind who was offered some amazing job in silicone valley. That’s a lot of work for a job that doesn’t pay enough to live. That statement really jumped out at me.

This question is for Ensign. Why do you not print who the speaker is? I know who Liz Wiseman is, gratefully because it doesn’t say. I have watched other speeches on your site and had no idea who the speaker was.

Wouldn't it be helpful to put a name to the speaker, to identify who we are listening to?

Enoch returned in 2017 and the Tribulations are almost over, seek Our Creator 2nd Enoch 20:3. Enoch is The Word, "I AM" Archangel Metatron, head of All Angels at the Right Hand of The Most High Aravat. Named Messiah, sealed books and called it good. He never went back on his word, he is unchanging. Christ means marked cross means cursed, lord is baal in the bi baal. His number is 6ptx6&6 point star fallen from heaven. All stars are fallen angels.
