With your son’s growth spurt, be careful he doesn’t exert himself too strenuously. I don’t know what degree he has grown. When it is too rapid, some internal organ’s don’t keep pace. Lungs particularly. Decades ago, I knew of a case where the teenager was critically hospitalized as a result. Your pediatrician would know best.
