I think the biggest reason why I still like the OG design than the reboot series, is because even if the doll wasn't possessed it still looks super cute albeit a bit creepy. In the new one it looks forced.

A lot of people don't count the reboot as a real Chucky movie. Even the actors of the the Chucky films (especially Jennifer Tilly) said that the real story continues in the Chucky siries

The reboot version is less easy to mess up. Less complex. Less effort to make sequals for. It's a AI. So it can hide in cyberspace. The first one is utterly horrific though. And darkly funny later.

Chucky doesn’t start off as evil in the reboot, he becomes evil over time due to Andy and his friends loving horror films and he thinks that killing will make Andy happy, as well as other factors that corrupt him.

2019 was underrated. I loved it. It was not supposed to be like the other movies, it was a different take. It was a different chucky.

I do enjoy both Chuckys. I understand everyone's disliking toward the doll and the movie in general, but I actually enjoyed it and enjoy the thought of their being 2 separate Chuckys to enjoy. The classic one will always be my favorite though
