you said in the pervious video if the data change the hash will change then we can trace by checking the next block where we have saved the pervious data hash , but what if we change the hash store in the next block of pervious data ???

if ledger is decentralised , people may have their own version of ledger right? where is this ledger stored or refered on internet ? i mean there should be some server right to hold the ledger

Yes the ledger is distributed among all nodes in the world... If there is a illegal modification in any block then remaining nodes can crrct it.... Remember its distributed among lacks of computers... Not single server... A single centralized server can be hacked easily but you cannot hack lacks of computers worldwide connected through blockchain....... For ur question where can i browse it... Its again distributed and updated everysecond... Lets take bitcoin as an example.... There are different websites that provide u access to whats happening right now... Open blockchain.info website and u can see how many blocks are there till now and u can see every transaction right from the beginning to now and live updations... Blockchain is soo powerful... I got to know all this because i use cryptocurrency since 1 year... Remember not even once bitcoin has been hacked since 2009...

I gave 200₹ to Raju, 500₹ to Rani, 700₹ to Adi. Adi gave 100₹ to Rani, 400₹ to Raju, 700₹ to me. Rani gave 0₹ to Adi, 500₹ to Raju, 500₹ to me. Raju gave 0₹ Rani, 0₹ to me, 300₹ to Adi.... This all info is known to all but name is translated into account no. Which in turn is translated into encrypted text. So all transactions are transparent, distributed & still encrypted /safe. I can delete whole data stored in my PC/cloud but it has been simultaneously recorded in others ledger too. Even after deleting data from my ledger, it would again start storing data of my & other’s txn as long as i am member of that blockchain.

Ledger is a record of Transaction, each copy of ledger available in every peer machines. So, ledger is decentralized in Blockchain (Simply peer to peer connections have a copy of Transactions)
