Can you, please, help me with connection ? I want to use this thermostat inside a device i made. The device controlled by a circuit that powered directly from an AC 220 Volt cable. The circuit has two cables for input (red-black), where the 220 Volt cable connect, and two cables for output (red-black), where the main device connect. How to connect this thermostat ? Does it work with the 220 Volt directly? If does not, and work only with 5 - 12 Volt DC, can i use a circuit that drops the Volts (from 220 to 5-12) without a transformer ? ( Is these sort of switch mode power supply (without a transformer) not very safe, as an internal fault may put 220 volts or more on the output, and destroy everything, or be a danger for me ? Thanks

that thermostat has 220V for input, and 220V also for the output. Since the device you are making is powered by 220V AC, you can connect it directly. but, just to be sure and for your safety, please use a Multi Tester(Voltage reader) and test the output of that thermostat. maybe the Input and output voltage of that thermostat depends on the country of destination. In my case, here in the philippines, both input and output is 220V AC. feel free to ask more, I'm willing to help you sir, You Can Do It 🙂
