Hello Crafty family. In this video I review all of the metal cutting dies I purchased from Temu. One thing I do have to say is I am quite satisfied with most. I do wish they would come out with more of a variety but let's get reviewing.

I had a conversation with a person within the company. These are not knock offs, they are the same stamps and dies as Sizzix, Stamping up, and other companies. The company that manufactures these are just like companies here in the USA that do the same. There's a company called Allen Dairy that makes things like sour cream, chip dip, etc. There's a huge vat they make the product in. When it's ready to be put into containers they allocate what gets done in this way...the first amount packaged is put into name brand containers, in this case they go into Bordon, then the next either goes into another brand such as kraft or T marzetti, when the name brand orders are finished, if anything is left, it is packaged into store brand or generic brand containers. UNLESS there is a patent, the manufacturer can make and sell whatever they wish as long as they fulfill their orders first. Checking into Temo, this is what they do. You will find almost every stamping up stamp and die sets, many of the Sizzix dies, and many others. The ones you won't find are those that are copywriter or patented

You spoke to someone at Temu? If so I am not sure I would trust that info. I would like to hear it from the companies like sizzix, stamping up, etc.

What an absolute load of dribble! Some are 100% knock offs! I mean, I still buy them but I don't pretend that they aren't stealing the designs from other companies. Sometimes the sizes are slightly off so you know they're not made from the same manufacturer. In China they don't see copying as a bad thing, they see it as respect that people should want to copy your designs.

@@SB-wo8spno. Not TEMU, TEMU is just a selling platform for manufacturers. Just like some designers sell under the Spellbinders’s name yet the dies are all manufactured at the same place as these dies

Great review!! Glad you like the products, as I do too. Only issue I had was I ordered little envelope dies and they are really small, almost tiny. But it won't stop me from ordering again. TFS

Try using wax paper between the die and paper to have them come out easier. The chrome precision plate is awesome to use also.

I’m just catching up on your videos. The one die you showed that looked like a tag, but had a hole in the middle, is a treat holder for a sucker like a Tootsie pop. The stick goes through the little hole, and the sucker shows thru the big hole. I’ve gotten a lot of dies and stamps from Temu, and they’ve cut perfectly.

Hi There! I watched your video last night and today using my Temu dies I came across the same problem you had. The second time I cut the die I put another piece of paper behind it and then ran it through and it cut perfectly. Hope this will work or help you. Have a Haopy Easter!

I really much appreciate your review on ll the dies. Have various of them. I need to cut a sample of each when I buy them to be sure they work. I do have the swirl star one, have not test it yet. Homework for tomorrow. New Subscriber here.

Hello Eli welcome, yes I know what you mean. I will be doing another review soon. For the most part I do like their dies. Maybe I'll take my other magic board out and retry the ones that wouldn't cut but you can also feel the difference in sharpness with your fingers. Some aren't as prominent. God bless sweety.

Use waxed paper between the cardstock and die. You could flip the die machine plates with the cutting edge up

Hell Beth, I use magic matt and a cutting plate. but I'm going to take out a cutting plate and use two on the difficult dies to see if that will make a difference. Thank you for the advice. God bless sweety.

Maybe on first 2 dies try using waxed paper or dryer sheets between die and card stock. Don’t have anything to lose.

Did you try Bubble Wrap or Wax paper with the die cuts that didn’t cut? Those 2 papers were a game changer for the die cuts that don’t cut that I have.

Hello Pat, thank you for the tips on the wax paper, yes, Ill try it but if you feel the dies on the sharp side some of theme are sharper on one side of them then the other side, you can typically feel which ones will cut right or not. happens with momenta dies after I use them a couple of times too not all, just one or two so if this tips help I will try it. thank you so much. If the paper won't come out of the die, try a different paper. For the sailing scene it seems like that is not card stock?

These dies can go with any die machine as long as they are not too wide to go through. Try it.

They are not actually a difference between Temu or Aliexpress products...they all come from the same suppliers in China...there are even same sellers in both sites.
