Temu has an amazing return policy. 30 days free returns and they are so amazing about issuing a refund for anything broken or missing. They also give you a $5 credit if your package doesn't arrive on time

They really are. I had multiple orders that were delayed and I received $5 credits on each. Then I received full refunds on two or three orders plus the items were still shipped to me. I wound up with free items and about $135 in credits.

Love Temu! Especially for crafting items. Fantastic for sticker collectors, stationary, and pens. Compared to Amazon and craft stores like Michael’s, Ive saved SO MUCH MONEY. I haven’t bought bigger items but the small items are great. Takes about a week and a half to ship, totally worth it though

I have literally a LOT from Temu. And ordered yesterday again. I love diamond painting,but it takes a lot of time and strength to do it. I just finished my first painting. It took me 3 weekends.

Same with me and a whole bunch of other's who have been skeptical from buying Temu. I just placed an order a couple days ago and can't wait to see the products. I like to see what other's are buying too lol. I think I'll order the makeup brush holder for my daughter. She can use the for her makeup or for her pens/pencils etc for her desk as she's a teacher! I have the flashcard game on my wishlist for my niece for Christmas lol.

I'v ordered alot from them. Their shipping is pretty quick I have got multiple packages in 7 days. Their customer service is very quick an are great. Temu is so my fave. I would much rather order from them then dhgate which yeah takes a month or more to get here. I got a dupe marc jacobs the tote bag from temu for my bay and love it. I think I paid $13.00 for it.

Now that it’s been a few months, what are your thoughts on the quality of all your items? Have they broke, did they fall apart or break? That’s the information we’re all wanting to know. Even if it looks good when it arrives, doesn’t mean it’ll last. Other videos I’ve watched they all included the quality a week to a month later. A lot of times broke it didn’t work or materials fell apart after light hand washing or just by using. And they also included using the item so we can see for ourselves.

BYW, an order was delayed yesterday from Temu but I couldn’t find it. So there was an option right in the app to say that and it led me straight to the refund/remail option. So easy!!!!

All I'd say is to wash items you've recieved SUPER thouroughly. No matter if its Temu, Shein, or Aliexpress. Traces of lead and asbestos are very real is some of their packaging warehouses. Any makeup I personally wouldn't use just cause I have super sensitive skin and am paranoid about dupes ingredients. BUT these products are awesome and I've order things from Temu, just again, clean clean clean it.

I'm really on the fence. I love amazon for the 2 day shipping. I'm in canada and Temu uses Canada Post for shipping...it will take 1 to 3 weeks to get my order. Your observation about larger, heavier products being closer to amazon prices is spot on! My Amazon purse is only $6 cheaper on Temu. In the end, shipping is the deal breaker for me. However, if the economy goes into a deeper recession, I will have to use Temu. Every dollar will need to stretch then. Thanks for sharing!❤

I've checked out alot of the Temu reviews, that Influencers have done. Yours is the most honest one, I've seen so far. Which, I appreciate!! I will never shop Temu. I watched a special about Temu, and their parent company has already been in trouble. They're being sued by Shein also, for using their advertising. They're just another Chinese company that's pulled people in. They have terrible, 22 hour day, working conditions for their employees too. That's why I won't shop on their site. Good review though!

I like that Temu has a lower spending limit to get free shipping. I live in Canada, and US sites can charge more than the cost of the item for shipping here. Eg. I looked at a journal for less than $10 on the site. I added shipping and exchange, and it was at least $25..

Have u ever had your transaction get declined by temu or shein claiming your order never got paid for even though your bank shows your payment did go through? I see lots of videos of ppl claiming they keep getting emails saying their payment didn't go through and their bank shows it did go through just fine so they had to have their bank fight temu to get money back??

I have made several orders from temu and although prices seem to be good their products are cheap and FYI every time I have went to there site I almost immediately get a scam text. I feel it is not a safe site to purchase from. Just saying this has been my experience.

Has anyone else had a package sent through On-Trac by Temu and not have it delivered? I’ve already had 1 package not show up through them and this is the second package Temu decided to use after I had already complained about the service from On-Trac .

I am liking Temu. Really thought would be junk but products are not bad. Amazon probably better quality and one day shipping. Temu takes awhile. They do email A LOT. Things I would definitely buy again are yoga Sox, yoga capris. Insulated cups. Tee shirts. Bought a sweater in a medium. Runs large. Tee shirts for son in law a little small on him. I find it fun to get packages for not so much $. Gave some yoga pants a four star review and they offered to take back. Just sent for two sister tee shirts. My sister and I headed to a cruise so I will make her wear.

Everything I purchased from Temu was poor quality. I purchased costume jewelry, satin pillow cases, bras, concealer, and blouses. All was poor quality except for the pillow cases. I've decided I'm sticking to Amazon from now on.

I am a new subscriber. I used to buy a lot from Amazon, but the experience I had this winter with them, I no longer buy as much. I had ordered a coat for a friend on Christmas day. I never did get it. I did get refunded but my friend really needed the coat. I still love Amazon, but love Temu more.

I recently discovered Temu. I love it... but... buuuuut the packaging has a disturbing very unpleasant smell that I don't like. So now I have to decide if my enjoyment of the purchases outweighs my dislike of the smell... Lord.
