Wait yeah. They try cramming Bounts down your throat for A LONG time after the filler arc was over. Every other filler character is there, so even if their arc was so hated it's a little odd they're not there.

Letz Stil Uryu should be #1. He's pretty much the absolute worst character in the game, which is nuts considering how broken he was in the anime.

Shunsui deserves a busted character he's the current head captain. His the last two characters are a lackluster pot farmer and a GQ character that wasn't needed for the Killer.

I don't think Kuayashiki deserves to be on this list because despite being specialized for Brave Battles, he was very good in that mode and helped ushered in the Flurry +2, half health 50% DR meta. Even now he's still viable two years later. Now I agree with both Sajin and Azashiro. Sajin failed at doing what he was designed for regardless of it being mostly for Brave Battles (he's a viable Human killer for pve too). And Azashiro got THREE pointless skills for his kit. Having a 50% Dodge for two affiliations is cool, but being two separate skills isn't cool. And then they gave him Counterattack, which scales off of the Attack stat. If you're gonna have Dodge, Counterattack is perfect for you. But not on a SAD unit who is also ranged. You typically shouldn't be in a position to risk getting hit. His strong attacks are also very lackluster. This guy was released with Power Kenpachi, who got Frenzy +2, Ailment Reversal, Full Stam SAD 40%, and Marauder. Kuruyashiki got Flurry +2, Half Health 50% DR, and ignored Brave Battle Invincibility. But for Azashiro, his biggest asset is his two killers and complete status immunity. I'm not saying he should've gotten Frenzy +2 too, but two status ailments, an increased chance to inflict them, and Sharpshooter would've given him a place to be used to this day. Every time you think you can take him into content to abuse his skills, it's either ranged resistance or the enemies are immune to drain. He's not that strong to take into GQ either. He got the short end of the stick even compared to Aura for her time.

I genuinely didn't know Aura wasn't really that great a character in BBS. She's one of my favorites in CFYOW and I love that her skills with Fullbring is compared to Aizen's spiritual pressure. Hopefully they do more CFYOW eventually

8th anny Ichigo deserves a mention he was the 1st frenzy+3 character and Klab gave him a pretty mid strong attack kit for those who don't know his SA2 is not the 960 it's the 750 and it is just so much slower that it's a little frustrating I wish he had the same kit as Aizen and then I'd be using the guy every day non stop

You could argue your list shows the main issue with characters releases: it's too bloated with seasonal, original and limited characters hence we barely have canon stuff except the old year 1 or 2 like the Uryu you mention or the Dangai Ichigo we all are waiting for. Only Arrancars get the canon treatment these days and it's not that great. Thankfully anime TYBW gives us new canon stuff and that's great but I'm gonna compare it with DBZ: it's cool to get UI Goku or Golden Frieza but I want OG SSJ Namek Goku or Cell also, the characters that made me fall in love with the licence to begin with so I'd be beyond hype for a top tier Mugetsu, Full Hollow Ichigo, Grimmjow or Ginjo way more than any TYBW characters at this point.

Half of the list is just dumb and it's just this guy wanting he's favorite characters to be the most broken and overpowered character in the whole game till now XD I mean the kenpachi banner was spectacular azashiro was top 5 best characters in the game (and this dude wanted even more is just stupid XD), kuruyashiki was the best pvp character in that moment (it was obvious that one of those two was going to be a pvp character since kenpachis are expected to be pvp top tier characters as a non written rule in this game XD) half of the list just stupid and is meant to fill the 10 minutes of KZfaq XD Now if we really talk of characters that deserved better by a lot are the three characters of the final round of cfyow (Shuhei, Aura and hikone) they were such hyped characters and were expected to be more than spectacular and they were just spit in the face by making them exactly the same with kinda the same strong attacks, the same skills, the same damage output and non of them was even top 50 in the game they were just a joke as characters XD

Rukia deserves an anniversary version, she's the deuteragonist of Bleach and even Uryu and Byakuya have that version and she doesn't

As Nödt is a edgy fodder whom by no means deserves to have a 'best character in the game unit'. He lost to fucking Rukia.
