Erik ten Hag wants Manchester United to move fast to sign Lisandro Martinez and waste no time this week to complete the deal, Fabrizio Romano reports.
Martinez is Ten Hag's priority following deals for Tyrell Malacia and Christian Eriksen and he's 100% right to demand swift action given Arsenal are sniffing around Martinez. United have a lot more to do, so we have no time to waste and Ten Hag knows that.

did you see what Goldridge said? that sunday he was told a couple of things by people inside the club: 1. the Glazers would be very glad to sell Ronaldo because they don't want to pay his big wage. believable since they will pay a lot De Jong) 2. Ronaldo told the Glazers in may a big rebuild was needed and they had to spend money and buy a lot of players otherrwise he would have gone, he basically expected to see a lot of signings before july. maybe now we can explain why they did nothing in june and the fact that the signings are coming after it was leaked he wants to go and soon after that there were leaks about him being the problem and so on. I know he did it for himself but he tried to help TH anyway and now he's been slandered and called names. your attitude is ungrateful.

here is the problem with United. I have supported for 56 years and watched the demise of this once greatest club on the planet. The Glazers are milking us like a Cash Cow. Years of arrogance from the club has finally cost us, when we had Fergie we had something to offer, we now have nothing to offer and players and clubs see us as a money opportunity and do not put in a good shift, they are not manchester quality and are basically mercenaries. The damage done to this club is irreversable and expect Ten Hag to quit if he cannot get the board support in the transfer market.

No, it is not that deep. With or without Ronaldo we will score more goals this season with the system we are going to play. Just like city, going forward, we won't be relying on a centre forward as much as we have in the past. I know they are signing haaland but they won the last two pls without a recognised centre forward

As much as I’d love to sign nkunku next summer I have a strong feeling he will go to PSG if he has another season like he just had. Mark why are we buying players when they will only be benched, Malacia position is full of players, like Luke Shaw,Alex Telles & Brandon Williams, in central defence you have Maguire, Lindelof, Baily, Varane, Tuazenbe,Varane &Phil Jones. I think we need a DM at this moment, because Fred is not good in that position he gives the ball away so many times. And talking about Bruno Fernandes he was one of worst players yet he played every match, I will not be surprised if Eriksen took his position, because Eriksen is well proving player in EPL. I am sure Bruno is going to be benched during the season.

they said the same thing at Juventus and it's been a disaster so they bought Vlahovic 2 midfielders they have one more left back a better coach and they finished 4th in the league thanks to Atalanta suicide and were kicked out of the CL by Villareal loosing 0-3 at home. the press did spin the same crap about being his fault if they play badly and they are playing badly without him too and with a few of new players and a better coach.

City and Liverpool were way out of United's sights last season, and will be again next season, and probably for a while, but we were only 13 points behind Spurs in 4th place....and only 16 points behind Chelsea in 3rd.....yes, they've both strengthened but let's see how well we've done at the end of the Window...3rd or 4th place is a reasonable target to aim at...it's absolutely the Glazers fault that we aren't competitive but this is the reality of where United are today.

This is a rebuild, new team, new manager, new coaches, new style of football, new style of training, new everything. Champions league football isnt necessary next season. This new United need time to build and build slowly, in 2 to 3 years we are challenging for all honours. Believe in Ten Hag he and his coaches are the best thing to happen to Man Utd in many years.

We've missed out on Haaland, Tchouameni, Nunez, Nkunku, Bissouma just this summer because we have NO CL FOOTBALL. We're probably gonna miss out on Rice & Bellingham for the same reason. It took Eriksen weeks to decide between us & Brentford, that's how low we've fallen. This is not the nba where you can tank a season then get a first round draft pick. There is ZERO benefit of tanking a season, it only further shows that we're no longer a top team. How the hell are we gonna challenge in 2-3 years when we're way behind currently AND the teams above us are continuing to improve???? We finished SIXTH last season. City got Haaland, Liv got Nunez, Spurs kept Kane & Son and added Bissouma, Arsenal got Jesus. We finished below all these teams and how many official signings to we have ZERO. And now Ronaldo is leaving. I don't think you quite grasp how far back behind we are. Our goal difference last season was ZERO. We conceeded more than Burnely WHO GOT RELEGATED. We finished 6th WITH Ronaldo, so now imagine us without him & not replacing him next season....

NO is the answer. Was Milner a top class star? NO is the answer, Was Van Dijk a top class star? No is thhe answer, Was Robertson a top class star? No is the answer, Was Allison a top class star? You will see that with careful planning and the right coaching brings rewards. I can see martial playing the haller role. Haller was never a world class striker, yet he was topscorer during the cl group stages. This is because he had his specific role in the team, one touch goals. Its miraculous to us ajax players borussia are willing to buy him for more money we bought him for. The moral of the story, ten hags strategy makes players excell their abilities to the point where they actually appear to be world class.

With that we lost Brunos goals and assists from the season before and with that we conceded more ball upfront which resulted in more attacks on our goal. It doesnt matter about the goals he scored it what happened with our midfield who had to accommodate him. You do know the season before him we scored 73 league goals? And during his time at Juventus they scored less goals because they had to accommodate him. The season before Ronaldo Juventus scored 86 goals and the three seasons with Ronaldo they scored 70, 76 and 77.
