For those of you who don’t know the difference in the terms, a compound fracture is when the bone no only breaks, but it also breaks skin. I’m glad vale still had his boot on, cause if he didn’t that would’ve been a horrendous sight.

Nope, wikipedia only has the longest (Phil Read at 3200 days), but even that is not featured. And a commenter above has Barros at 950 days which is longer than half of the list.

@@farrelghifari2385 Thanks for the info! I had imagined that they probably only had rights to Dorna-era vídeos. That is crazy from Read, I would guess he spent a long time racing only the lower classes and went back up to the premier class as used to be more common

@@brandonm8901 That's probably why, but then again Barros' streak was during the Dorna era so IDK. As for Read, you're spot on actually!, after his first 500cc win, he didn't race there for another 7(!) years and didn't race full-time for another 2 years.
