How do I configure the Internet connection on the AC23 with it being the main router and my ISP provided router in bridge mode?

You just need to Connect the ISP router Lan 1 or 2 (which ever is active from your ISP provider) to the WAN port. Just be sure that all the ports from your ISP router are all active.. usually they only activate LAN 1

Sir anu po kaya problema ng Tenda ac23 ko? di ko makita yung wifi nya, di ren mareset, di din sya madetect sa pc. pahelp naman po. .

Hello Josh, I'm not sure kung ano yung makakafix nyan since hindi na siya ma rerest. Usually kasi holding the reset button for 15 - 20 seconds fix the problems most of the time.

Sir, kapag plan ko is 650mbps. Kaya ba abutin sa router mo yung plan ko via 5ghz Wifi? Ac11 Tenda kase router ko ngayon pero 400mbps lang max ma cater nya via 5ghz Wifi, sayang naman 650mbps yung plan ko di ko ma maximize. Please recommend po

After setting up can i directly connect my ISP internet cable to the ac23? We have converge as ISP will the cable be the same as other i noticed i looks different from normal lan/wan cable ends?

its still using the Cat6 cable as usual and yes you can just connect it directly to your ISP

Can I configure all of the router settings through the Tenda app much like in the web browser?

yes Most of them, there are just some features like Remote Access to the router can't be seen on the Tenda APP. You can always use google translate if your using the browser.

@@sim_media hmm so far, im not experiencing any issue about that but if ever you do want to keep it cool, you can search USB Exhaust Fan for Router at lazada or shopee. Usually it cost about 250 pesos

i think they already update it to chinese language for now. i recommend you go to google and search tenda simulator.

Have the same router and firmware, tried to setup the remote web management, but cant access it through outside network. Can you help me out?

Hmmm you turn on the remote access and set up 255.255.255.255 or 0.0.0.0 maybe? Check the port your using as well. Also router must have internet.

Yes you can do that, just be sure to connect it to the WAN port which is the Blue one

Nag try ako mag update after nun di na gumana. Blue light nya naka stable lang tapos wala ng wifi nya di na visible tapos di na ma reset stable lang yung light. Sayang naman. Ano kaya pwedeng gawin?

Hi im not sure din kasi hindi pa ako naka try na mag ganyan ang ac23, but maybe just maybe na corrupt siya while upgrading the software. Have you tried reseting it?

@@Kuya_Buzz yes po. But pati po yung reset di na din po gumagana. Kahit ilang minutes na i press walang response po yung blue light stable lang po. Interrupted update software po ata. Pero bumili nalang po ako ng bago haha

Would go for AC23 as it has a force auto reboot feature. AC11 reboot feature is unreliable and AC11 tends to go crazy when not rebooted for about 4 to 7 days
