The Tended team have been demonstrating at a Network Rail event promoting the latest innovations helping to safely and efficiently deliver CP7. During the event, Tended's Head of Behavioural Science Jules Reed hosted her situational awareness workshop.
Put together by our Behavioural Science team, this workshop is designed to help people understand the specific brain functions that cause human error, leading to a loss of situational awareness when working trackside.
The purpose is for participants to recognise their fallibility and see the benefit of using technologies such as geofencing to help respond to the risk of mistakes or misjudgments.
