If you want to eat the trout with the skin on, then you should scale it well (preferably in the sink) with the help of a knife.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- For the trout
2 rainbow trout or other fish
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt (fish loves salt, so salt well)
Pepper to taste
4 cloves of garlic - cut into rings
1 lemon - cut into slices
6 stalks of parsley
6 stalks of dill
- For the butter icing -
150 g butter
4 cloves of garlic - press or grate
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
- For the vegetable
500 g potatoes or other vegetables (cut into wedges so that everything is cooked at the same time)
about 6 small tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika sweet
2 tbsp olive oil
Bake the whole thing for 20-25 minutes (depending on the trout size) in a preheated oven at 220 ° top and bottom heat.
