I live in a tiny country town & ur music reminds me of what life use to be like for me & well still is for myself. I listen to ur music almost everyday & it just dawned on me this morning that u r my fight music not like a literal fight well sometimes but a fight to battle my illnesses & enjoy my country life despite everything. The only rapper I can compare Upchurch to is Yelawolf. He makes music that pertains to who he is... a hard come up with a good heart... there's similarities and differences... but at the end of the day it's all heart. That's what resonates with fans.
