There could've been a reason she wasn't playing Chloe that much. Could've been rest or probably an illness. Dawn Staley knows what she's doing. This is her 2nd undefeated season. Have a lil faith in her process people.

Those games when Cardosa was out, Watkins stepped up and showed she has the “it” to get more time over Kitts. Kitts is not physically tough nor as athletic as Watkins. That has been shown all season.

In an after game press conference Staley was asked why Johnson and Kitts did not start. Her answer was that there was a minor team rules violation.

Exactly! She, i.e. Coach Dawn, knows exactly what she's doing. TWO back to back, UNDEFEATED seasons. ALREADY, 2x National Champions. And, 2024 will be the 3rd National Championship title. Three outta four Championship games. USC will be the KC Chiefs of the NCAA WCB.

Dawn just showed everyone that she could win with any line up. I believe she was just playing with the line up and the minor team violation allow her to "do" it. There is no other team that I've seen so far. that has that luxury or can even attempt to do that without losing and losing badly.'

Chloe Kitts is a good young player. She has a nice all around game, good passer. Next year she will be alittle thicker, stronger and hopefully she will add the 3 point shot to her game. Go Chloe!

The win had nothing to do with bench or team being “too good”. That was one of the most unlikely makes ever, and no one believed it was going in! Tn should’ve definitely won the game, because KD would miss 9 out of 10 of those.

Lady Vols fought hard.and the girls earned.that win but was taken away by bad coaching. I hope Harper takes full responsibility for allowing a non guarded.inbound, one person guarding and there would have been no shot possible, such a shame to see coaching being responsible for any loss.

I agree 100%. Cool win...but they did NOT look good today. It seems ever since Dawn has started changing the line-up and altering playing minutes...they have not looked the same. They shot 33% from the field today....to me the chemistry is not the same as it has been for most of the season since Dawn started trying to force certain players into more playing time.

This was a, amazing team Performance by the Gamecocks Starters the hole starting five contributed in this game. The Lady Volunteers displayed they heart in this game they was playing alot of zone but they was staying in the game and was able to get back in the game. I see why the Gamecocks is Ranked number #3 in rebounds in NCAA Women's College basketball they rebound very well.🏀

Chloe doesn't need to go anywhere. She's a perfect fit for Dawn and what they do. She needs to get in the weight room and dining hall. But other than that, South Carolina can play through Chloe. She has a good game. That is why she is a starter.

Gamecocks looked fatigued today ….hope that doesn’t translate into the tournament. This roster is just as good as last season’s and I don’t want Dawn to just be a undefeated regular season coach and chokes in the tournament.

@@ErnestBoyd-mx5ct Also yes Kitts played well against LSU but did you see the recent game against Tenn in Knoxville? Kitts doesn't match up well with Tenn post players. When Kitts and Cardosa is playing together, that leaves Kitts guarding Jackson.......And she can not guard Jackson..I repeat Kitts can not guard Jackson. Jackson is too athletic and quick for Kitts. Go back and look at that game. Jackson knew it and took her to the hole every time.
