Yes you’re correct… they are next door neighbors in north Nashville. They are good friends & often show up at each other’s concerts & sing a couple of songs together. The lady is Chris’s wife, Morgane! Please react to Chris’s performance with his wife on the Jimmy Kendall show “Millionaire”. It’s great! Anything less be from Chris is great! Have you reacted to his live tribute to Prince “Nothing Compares to You” Chris performed it after hearing Prince passed. No rehearsal. And it’s fantastic!!! Thanks friends!

If you haven't gotten the whole story....Chris Stapleton was a song-writer for years before he hit the stage. He did not like being on stage. So his wife, Morgane, sings with him and you'll see that he is often looking at her. JT had found Chris Stapleton songs and REALLY liked them. So, for JT's birthday, wife Jessica Biel had Chris Stapleton as JT's gift from her. Check out JT's "Say Something" video that was done in ONE take.

Tennessee Whiskey is either Jack Daniels or Jim Beam, both are made in Tennessee. On Drink You Away they refer to is Jack and Jim. Also this was the opening act for the CMA awards, who would want to perform after this?
