Doesn't seem as much like a harmonic as it does that you're holding the string against the pole piece of the pickup. It reminds me of the gutiar solo from "Original Fire" by Audioslave where Tom Morello is doing exactly that and messing around with the tuning machine and wah pedal. Very cool sound!
