Tent camping for 2 nights in the Doite Llaima XR 4 Person Tent. Expecting some strong wind and rain for the 2nd night, so will be a great test for this tent.
Cook some tasty fish fingers and eggs plus some very delicious baked beans sausages and eggs for breakfast all in the cast iron skillet.

I've been watching your vids thanks for the inspiration to get out there, I brought two of the Doite Alita xr4 tents for Me n my two kids after watching you get through the weather in yours. We just put it up for a look, can't wait to go camping in it!

Kia ora Tracy, nice to hear, I did have a look at those tents and was thinking of getting one. Just there's not much info online about the Doite tents. Happy camping, I'll head out again once it gets a bit cooler and the weather settles.

I tried squid chips for the first time the other night. So good if you can get them there where you are. So delicious. Had seafood pizza made by myself. I make the dough as well. That had mussels fish and squid on it. yummo. Well done mate. Another great camp vid 👌

Thanks for watching, this is a great tent.. well made, has a great vestibule, has no condensation and good ventilation. AND it can handle rain and wind!

This camp is just up the road and good for filming in, and $10 a night is a good deal.

Apart from a couple of minor leaks in the vestibule that are easily fixed it is a very good tent and I definitely recommend it .🙂

The tent is great and I was confident that it would hold up, no condensation and got to love the vestibule. Couple of minor leaking with the door zip and window but easily fixed with some seam sealant.

There is another spot here you can have dogs but you paying $20 a night to camp next to a railway line and a state highway lol

I just bout the Kathmandu Retreat 360 tent for myself and my two girls, we are going camping over easter for 3 or 4 nights at Kaitoke

Moving the tent back a metre or so would have stopped that wind on the vestibule through the gap a lot.😬 Great tent though
