Loving the pontoon boat videos. Would love to see you finish building it. Lay some EVA foam down on the deck. Add some seating and some railing around the edge and you will have a nice boat!

You should invite Mav to come down and ask him for tips so he can help you create a mini camping set up on the pontoon. Maybe even make it portable so you can move it from boat to boat.

after being ill for over a year ive been watching a fair bit of stuff on you tube, airplane stuff (jimmys world, rebuild rescue etc) and loads of boat stuff and i come across your channel, i watched out of interest just the iddy biddy to start but now i wait every week to see what your doing,get my pint of water sit in bed at 2,3 am watching your stuff and i love it! thanks for making me laugh, im out and about now ive bought a boat and enjoying some time out on it fishing boring my wife about what your up to :)

I would recommend two things. One you already know: rails. The other, you may not have thought of: a hinged door between the pontoons. It could even be lexan, so you can see through it. Sealed and sturdy enough to walk on. Having one in the middle of the boat will keep you from having to lean over the side to grab water for washing or whatever. Also, get a few metal sporks and put them on keyrings. Hang them on whatever thing you always take camping with you, you'll never be without a utensil again.

For anyone on a budget like myself Walmart has a camping package for $99. Four person tent, two sleeping bags, two foam sleeping mats, two chairs, two pillows, a day bag, a camping light and it's all easily packed in one bag.

It was great to see you on the ocean with that motorized sheet of plywood! lol It was still tons of fun to see it run and hell yes...a stacked shelving system in the back to organize your stuff. You have lots of room to go up on that thing and maybe even some hinge shelves that fold out off the sides while your on the water for light stuff? Theres potential and you DID catch something and you DIDN'T go accidentally swimming. Great job! :D

My friends and I are going to have to make our own girthy girl. We would live out there. Eat fish drink lake water with our purifier straws. Need someone to look over that engine and probably rebuild the carb and check the fuel lines. Dial her in a bit and she will start on the first rip guarantee. Also maybe could do in the floor storage on the toon, not too deep of a water tight box with a lid. Be sweet!

Fishing in florida, salt water, I'd recommend the tried and trusted setup of a bobber, a couple splitshots and live shrimp on a hook. Get at least 3 or 4 dozen, you'll use every one of them. Go at the crack of dawn; if the suns up before the boats in the water, you're too late.
