When it comes to TOP Valorant highlight videos, we like to do things differently compared to other highlight channels on youtube. First of all myself, like to edit the thumbnails/clips with funny memes and back ground music. The editing allows me to add value to the clips while showing my creativity, how they are either fail, epic or funny moments. This gives the watchers a deeper understanding of what is going on in the clips. By editing the clips myself and giving them "my own touch" I am able to present a more fast paced and enjoyable experience for the viewers.
While editing I add music to the clips in the video. On top of that I edit and cut the videos to fit my style of content, on top of that I am a big fan of adding memes and other relevant gimmicks to provide a better overall experience for the viewers.
I provide the link to every submitters channel in the description while showing their name on screen throughout the video.

tenz has been saying this since sick stepped down from the roster, back then sick was main entry on haven, shahz played jett on some maps and that was in the double duelist meta, i think tenz has known this for a while but just continued to play first in/entry for the team since the team assumed that was how to best utilize him when in reality he was never comfortable

I mean, it could just as easily be that coaching decided to try new things out and put Tenz on a role/trajectory he's not as comfortable with. If your player is lacking confidence or gets his confidence shook easily... maybe don't redirect them to entry duelist. Being the best player on your team doesn't mean you'd be a better entry duelist over a support duelist. I think they just need to give him more flex duties. He has really great game sense and adaptive reactions. He can help fill in where the team needs it. I don't really know the answers and I'm sure w/e video he's talking about explains it a lot better -- but I believe part of it is the coaching 100%.

Even if he needs coaching (i think everybody does even if you’re the best player in the world it really depends on the team environment, you don’t fit perfectly into every team without a coach with a single vision trying to unify everyone) however, it’s not necessary for him to watch any of these criticisms video. Sideshow did make valid points though and I get it the video is about TenZ but his videos also showed flaws as a team in general which could be because of coaching and IGL calls and not just TenZ himself. TenZ does need more confidence though IMO, he's underestimating himself. Looks like a role change for Tenz is coming next year. If he's still playing that entry role next year on Sentinels then I have no trust in the coaching staff. Tenz himself has literally just said he doesnt want to be first entry, he could be a good second entry considering his aim is nuts. But if you saw in Sideshow's video, there were times where he wasnt even in position to be second entry/be that trade fragger, maybe it changes next year? Although I do believe Sideshow's point of Tenz relying on his skill is true, thinking his aim is going to bail him out in shit positions. Also like Tarik said, you dont know what the comms are like, so maybe that is why Tenz is out of position sometimes? Hard to say. But what is worrying here is that Tenz has said his mental is weak, buddy... youre a professional player, criticism comes with being one (especially if youre such a big name).

To be fair, even though Ive seen the critique video, and it has a lot of valid points, it also has a lot of bad opinions that are just that - opinions. TenZ is the problem and needs to improve, he's probably the biggest liability out of all the pro players, but again, the proof was in the critique video, but a lot of the times sideshow just didnt understans the deeper macro gameplan and blamed TenZ for actually doing what he was supposed to. I know from experience how infuriating and unhelpful this is, I played a few T2/T3 tournaments sponsored by Riot, and when we wouldn't be winning them, the casters would theorize and analyze them, completely unaware of what the actual comms and situation was like. Its just annoying hearing people who dont understand how deep a strategy or read goes, share their opinions, when they have the entire view of every single player at any moment. No shit, if we saw the same thing they did, the play would be obvious, but theres 50steps before the enemy team does to conceal the play theyre making, so if you miss out on a single part or info, it gets hectic. Point is, it was a good video, but in reality even a low rank like Asc could spot all those obvious things when watching a vod. Now watch the players perspective only and give your opinion on the correct play, theyd be giving the dumbest plays possible since its not as obvious at that point.

@@190daes exactly, theres a thing my coach used to always say - you could be the best player in the world, if you're playing with golds, you're gonna play like a gold too. A great example is if your teammate pushes a smoke, if you dont attempt to refrag that you're making a mistake, so the right play is to double up on your teammates mistake and try to salvage the situation, even though most likely both of you just die and the round is over. In pro play or high ranks, if you dont refrag, round is most likely over anyway. What im trying to say is that a lot of those mistakes he does were just him being put in a non win situation. This doesnt mean he doesnt make mistakes, a blind man could see how many he makes per game, hence why he's the biggest liability, but its the coaches job to fix them and understand why those mistakes are happening. It might be an overall team issue, not comming every single piece of info in a game can lead to bad decisions from players. Theres a lot of depth in the game that commentators will never understand, unless they go and solo grind into Radiant. Even then, they wouldnt understand pro play since its way more organized and methodical, unless they join a team and play some official events. Its fun and entertaining, but obviously not useful to the players or people who know the game better.

This comes across as just ignorance to me. Like obviously its from someone who is a positive influence in the scene, for him to just ignore it cause "mental", comes across more as dodging for the sake of not wanting to hear criticism rather then the former.

i think for a player that's as scrutinized and under the microscope as TenZ is, it's tough to just filter out the constructive criticism that's out there on the internet - alot of it is just noise and haters waiting in the woodwork to pounce on any chance to flame him. I don't blame him for just blocking it all out and listening to the coaches on his team. dude is essentially the lebron of valorant - wow'd people in the scene with his skill, became the face of the sport, and with that came the fame, but also the haters.

@@joshmoon8581stop blaming it on the fans. the narrative that "haters" made him play bad is getting really old now. Every player will be scrutinised and criticised no matter how big or small because they are in a tier 1 scene after all. Even a good coach will give criticise players because they need to learn and adapt. His bad performances mainly stems from his poor criticial thinking skills and he knows it himself. He cant make plays for himself, rather he only can listen to ideas from his teammates. Usually players who rely heavily on their aim will crumble. Even when he did CS it was the same. If he was gifted in movement and fluidity of the game he can play Raze, but he also lacks in that department. You basically have a player who is only cracked in the aim department and need to build a team around him to compensate his heavy flaws. I doubt he will succeed if he dont improve on his own. And sideshow is not even a "hater". Hes giving very valid criticisms. if hes gonna let his fragile ego get the better of him then its gonna be CS all over again. its a team game.

Anyone can be second entry. If he doesn’t want to be the first entry duelist and his agent pool isn’t very broad, what value does he bring? I think it’s a very valid statement to say Tenz is overrated for this reason. He is a very replaceable player. The only thing keeping him valuable is his fame.

when people dont accept and learn from their mistakes. worst part is not even wanting to and create some excuse like it will shit on ur mental..ur a pro player lmao if you cant actively adapt to changes and learn from mistakes you make, you wont be able to advance and do better, might as well give other pros the spot instead... just because you hv a huge fan base and following, you give urself the validation that you are already good and that you dont require any 'obvious' improvements. imagine ur org is just keeping you for clout not because of your skills in a competitive scene

if he gets "low" it means he feels unconfident in his plays. so IMPROVE that aspect, once you improve that, NO MATTER what anyone says, you know that you have put in the effort to improve that and nothing can stop you, no critic can sway your opinion about yourself. stop avoiding the problem because its going to be an elephant in the room if its not changed.

I understand where tenz is coming from but i feel like he should just skim over the video for some key takeaways. For starters, he’s either too passive or too aggressive as an entry. Feel like he needs build more confidence and better communication with the team or as rumored, move towards a more support role where he can trade and set his team up like he said.

All i am saying is that he's a player who kept his agent pool so small despite losing horrendously straight for 2 years, he clearly refused to learn other agents in past & SEN gambled on him due to the potential. They are doing it again which is not justifiable. Now, there are other pro-players who are equally good mechanically with bigger agent pools, better team-play & they are more skilled on those agents too but tenz gets to stay in the team cuz of clout & fanboys supporting him.@@badunglee3656

@@thewhutnow5795because like he said in the video “I used to watch or read comments about myself but it took a toll out of my mental” which means he is a lot more open to criticism in the past which actually made him a better player and be the best at one point but the him now he said he is good at trading and be in a supporting position if someone tells me to run in I run in the game is played as a 5 each player must have their own ego and share their own perspective of what is happening and what are their thoughts because every person from the 5 have different perspective of stuff like for example kk knows by the util if its a fake or not witnessing it face to face or if nAts have an idea of the timing and positioning every player must think constantly in this game and not just follow orders but take the initiatives in throwing util, reminding the team of what they are gonna do before they do the act sometimes the path to success is a path of thorns and it is up to him if he is willing to walk that path knowing the pain and how much it will affect him
