Ken Yang best way I've found was to use Glacial Retreat for the Lightning Trap speed buff then Teleport Jaunt right behind him and use Lightning Trap. It's really hard to duel 1vs1 against good zerks bc of their shield. Gl!

foxdie895 It's harder for the opponent to tell what sorc poporis are casting. Other than that no diff between races. Clips in this vid were all Controvert. I can't comment on Renegade or +15. I only got to 3/5 +12 renegade then took a break.

Your Demise Hey man, here is my glyph set up: i.imgur.com/NeqbZ51.png If you're a new Sorc focus on knowing all of your spells range. After that work on your combos. The main combo for Sorc currently goes: Burst of Celerity > Ice needle (glyphed to speed up Mind Blast) > Magma Bomb (stagger) > Mind Blast (sleep) when you've slept the target Glacial Retreat toward them Lightning Trap (stun) > Over Channel > Void Pulse > Hail storm > Nerve Exhaustion (silence) > Nova > Fireblast > Magma Bomb after Magma Bomb you can either use Pain blast, Flame Barrage, or Painful trap (to knock them down) to follow up

Sorcerer is a strong class in PvP. Lancer is currently still the best. Play what you like the most tho. Between my Lancer and Sorcerer I prefer Sorc gameplay by far. It's on your own preference!

Tryton D I love Sorceress I just want to have a fair chance of playing against each class today I at the time I posted my first post I had not played. I have been leveling up my sorc and i'm around level 30 now. I got completely destroyed by a lancer today. My cooldowns seemed so long to really fight against such quick attacks. I am sticking in there when I have one of those days of getting destroyed all day I just look at this video and continue leveling up.

IknowrealTV Hang in there man. When you hit level 48 (or wait till the Sorc buffs comes in) you'll get Burst of Celerity spell that will increase your attack speed by 50% that'll really ramp up your game play!

One thing that I don't really see broadcast everywhere is what are sorc most essential skills that you need the fastest keys to. like say for example tier one extremely important Magma Bomb

IknowrealTV All your skills are important. Pvp is very situational so you'll have to react fast. I recommend using a gaming mouse so you'll be more comfortable accessing your key binds to cast spells.

Do you feel like Sorc is a class that commands fights in the sense that it is on the offensive, or is it more reactive and defensive in the sense that you are always trying to counter what your opponent will do? I'm debating whether to continue leveling my alt berserker or sorceror. I am leaning towards the sorceror since I already am maining a melee class at the moment, for variation.

Aaron Chen Sorc in group fights are offensive. Sorc in 1vs1s depends on the player. Sorcs have enough tools to fit an aggressive or defensive player. Same answer goes to most dps classes actually. Not sure about the gunner since I took a break before it came out.

lvl each to 20 then decide what you like better. They're both really fun class to play

ehhhh you don't even get core abilities till 60+ on both lol

yea but the point is to get a feel for it. lvling a class you don't like playing takes the fun out of the game imo
